Un Barley Wine ovviamente amaro e luppolato, ma robusto con un impatto aromatico senza eguali. Questo connubio riverserà nel tuo sangue un'enorme quantità di alpha acidi, la sorgente dell'amarezza nella birra. In pieno stile americano che segna la frontiera delle birre luppolate, verrà sicuramente apprezzata dai più impavidi.
A Bold American Barleywine. As bitter and big as it can get. Hoppy, sticky, malty, red and strong, this beast will fill your blood with alpha acids. Definitely for the brave.
Bombay Cat
(Black Double IPA, 9% vol)
Una classica Black Double IPA della California, con una pioggia di luppoli aggressivissimi per una birra senza compromessi e dannatamente luppolata.. per chi ha sviluppato una forte tolleranza al luppolo. Una belva amara e dall'aroma così intenso da non aver pari, in pieno stile San Diego, fatta come abbiamo imparato li.
A rain of ultra aggressive hops for this non compromised Double IPA. 3 Digit IBU, continuous hopping, hopback and triple dry hopping make this beer fiercely hoppy. Definetely the solution for who's developed an uncomfortable tolerance for hops. Not a Cascadian Ale, but a classical Black Double IPA made as learnt in California.
California Moonset
(India Pale Ale, 7% vol)
IPA secca e resinosa, brassata con lupoli americani, che donano aromi pungenti e liquiriziosi. Consiglio di bere questa IPA in una notte di luna piena, su una West Coast beach (anche quella italiana va benissimo).
Seriously potent bitterness with a series of pungent and resinous aromas. A dry beer with a slight resinous licorice backbone to it. You got to drink this beer on a full moon night on a West Coast beach (an Italian one will surely do as well).
Death Star
(Imperial Sweet Stout, 13% vol)
Birra intensa, robusta e complessa. Quasi un liquore da dopo pasto. Dolciona ma nera come il cioccolato, caramellata e di struttura, può reggere il confronto con sigari, pezzi di fondente e distillati, rimanendo comunque una birra ammaliante anche per i bevitori più novizi. Una stella per distruggere le vostre papille gustative.

Per alcuni il luppolo è una droga... e questa birra è disegnata per loro! C'è tutta la luppolina che potevo metterci e il risultato è una double IPA con un double dry hopping, malatamente resinosa e luppolata, ma sempre dangerously drinkable.

Dal colore chiaro e corpo leggero, questa birra risulta estremamente beverina, una birra laid back, rilassata e informale, ma maledettamente luppolata. Studiata per chi ha bisogno di luppolo. Riempirà la stanza di aromi luppolati appena stappi una bottiglia.
This is our admiral American Pale Ale, really hoppy. Light in color and body, laid back and drinkable, but hauntingly hoppy. The damn everyday hoppy beer that u want to drink a six pack of.

Luppoli freschissimi tedeschi e uk per questa ruffianissima IPA prodotta solo una volta l'anno durante il raccolto. Fu*kin Radical Extreme Super Hops. Bevila quando puoi, ma stai attento potresti annegare.
Fresh German and UK hops for this massively quaffable fresh hop IPA, produced obviously once a year during harvest. Fu*kin Radically Extreme Super Hops. Drink it when u can but careful not to drown.

La prima double double IPA italiana. Un mostro da 13 gradi luppolata con tutti i metodi conosciuti... ma anche alcuni mai sentiti prima! Chi è stato in California sa di cosa si tratta.

Il protagonista di questa birra, stranamente, non è il luppolo! In realtà è una Sweet Bourbon Milk Stout, con un buon amaro da chocolate malt. Progettata per chi vuole essere asfaltato da una lunga bruciata vanigliosa setosità.
The protagonist of this beer is, incredibly, not the hops! We needed a sweet black stout in our brews. Actually it's more like a Sweet Bourbon Milk Stout. A good full bodied stout full of the sweet bitterness of chocolate malts.
Take My AdWeisse
(American Wheat, 4.5% vol)
Un'American Wheat luppolata. Progettata per gli amanti delle birre di frumento, ma ponte necessario da attraversare per arrivare a lidi più luppolati. Niente note di banana, quindi, ma luppolo in fiore, erba e frutta. Ha un corpo setoso e sarà sicuramente apprezzata anche da bevitori meno esigenti.
Surely hopped for its style, it will be loved by the discerning hop seeker but is designed for wheat beer lovers, to try and stir them to other styles of beer and the taste of hops.
